Consultant Cardiac Surgeon

I was heading the department of cardiac surgery at Mohak hospital for last 7 years(2010-2017). We had setup an impressive department doing around 300 cases per year. Successfully operating all kinds of elective and emergency cardiac cases including High risk CABG with Mitral valve repair, Ischemic VSD repair, Dor procedure and Pulmonary embolectomy- to high light a few.

Fellowship in advanced adult cardiac surgery

The center did around 1500 open heart adult cases per year and covers entire spectrum of adult cardiac surgery including heart and lung transplantation and mechanical circulatory support. As a fellow I was responsible for taking pre, intra and postoperative patient care. In the operating room, I assisted and performed all kinds of procedures including heart transplantation and heartmate implantation.

Training in Beating Heart Surgery [OPCABG] & Total arterial revascularization[TAR]

As an associate consultant, I assisted and performed various cardiac surgeries .The center focused on beating heart surgery and total arterial revascularization.
